Hi, I’m Jo!

I’m a Certified Coach, EFT Practitioner, and Physical Intelligence Teacher, passionate about helping people release what no longer serves them. Through a combination of science-backed techniques and intuitive guidance, I support clients in overcoming stress, building confidence, and finding clarity in their lives.

After years of feeling stuck in self-doubt and overwhelm, I discovered how to shift my mindset and reconnect with my body to create lasting transformation. Now, I share these tools to help others break free from emotional, mental, and physical blocks so they can live with more ease and purpose.
