Most challenges in leadership and the workplace aren’t about capability - they’re about how someone is operating underneath it.

I work with individuals and teams who are:

  • operating under sustained pressure

  • overthinking decisions or second-guessing themselves

  • experiencing reduced clarity or confidence

  • finding it difficult to switch off or recover

  • feeling the impact of pressure - even if it’s not external visible.

These are often high-performing individuals - but the internal cost is increasing.

My work focuses on what’s happening underneath performance.

We work directly with what’s happening in the moment - identifying where pressure, tension, or patterns are being held…

This leads to:

  • better decision-making

  • increased presence

  • reduced internal pressure

The work is practical, focused, and immediately applicable.

Programme Structure

The work typically begins with a leadership session - creating a clear understanding of what’s happening underneath performance, and setting the direction for the work that follows.

From there, the work is delivered through a series of focused sessions with the wider team - introducing practical tools and approaches that can be applied in real time.

These sessions build a shared understanding and give individuals a way of working with pressure, clarity, and decision-making in their day-to-day roles.

Where appropriate, this is complemented by 1:1 work - allowing for more focused, individual application and deeper shifts.

The structure is shaped around the organisation and the individuals involved - rather than following a fixed programme.

I’m Jo Ferbrache

Before this work, I held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director level, and co-led Leadership Jersey for 9 years - giving me a first-hand understanding of the demands of operating in high-performance environments.

I now work with individuals and organisations to support clarity, presence, and high performance - without the internal strain that often comes with it.

I’m also invited to speak at events, including TEDx, bringing this work into leadership and performance contexts.

While much of this work is delivered within organisations, some individuals choose to continue the work on a 1:1 basis.

This allows for a more focused and personalised approach - working directly with what’s happening for them at a deeper level.
