A lot of the people I work with are doing well on the outside - but it doesn’t feel like that on the inside.

They’ve usually already done the thinking. They understand what’s going on.

But it’s not changing how they feel.

What I do is help people see more clearly what’s actually going on - especially the parts that are hard to see when you’re in it.

What I consistently see is this…

People are capable, intelligent, and holding a lot.

Many have already done therapy or coaching. They’re aware. They’ve tried to work it through.

But the underlying experience - the tension, the overthinking, that sense that something isn’t quite right - doesn’t fully resolve.

Not because they’re doing something wrong.

But because what’s going on isn’t sitting where they’ve been trying to solve it.

It can feel like there’s something you should be able to fix - but haven’t quite been able to.

Not because you’re missing something.

But because you’ve been trying to work with it in a way your system can’t fully respond to.

My approach

I meet you where you’re at.

We start by settling the system enough so there’s space for real change to happen.

From there, I draw on a range of approaches - working directly with what’s happening in the moment, rather than following a fixed method.

The work is guided by your system’s capacity.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.

Because the same approach that helps one person shift can overwhelm another if the timing or intensity isn’t right.

What matters isn’t the technique - it’s knowing what to use, and when.

My story

I know this experience personally.

For a long time, I was functioning at a high level - leading, delivering, holding a lot. From the outside, it looked like I had it handled, but underneath it was taking more out of me than it should.

There was always something running in the background - a level of pressure, a sense of needing to stay on top of everything.

I didn’t really switch off, even when I had the time to.

What shifted things for me wasn’t pushing harder or trying to manage it better. It was starting to work with what I was actually feeling, directly.

And when I started working with others, I noticed something similar.

People would make progress… and then find themselves back in the same place again.

It didn’t feel like a lack of effort or understanding.

It felt like we weren’t working at the level where real change actually happens.

That’s what led me deeper into this work - understanding how the mind and body work together, and how to create change that actually holds.

Experience

I’m trained in approaches that work with both the mind and body - allowing the work to adapt to what’s needed in the moment.

I’ve worked with people in senior roles across business and leadership, and I’m also invited to work with organisations and leadership teams - supporting presence, decision-making, and performance under pressure.

While the context may differ, the underlying experience is often the same - and this is where the work sits.

  • a clear sense of what the next step looks like
