I’m Jo Ferbrache

I work with people who are used to operating at a high level - and who are often the ones others rely on.

They’re capable, trusted, and good at what they do.

They’re used to directing their energy outward - supporting, leading, holding things together.

And there isn’t always the same level of support coming back.

I know this, because this was me.

Before this work, I held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director, so I understand what it takes to perform in high-pressure environments.

I always felt ‘on’. I wore stress and being busy like a badge of honour.

But I was stuck in an autopilot response that was often sabotaging me, not supporting me - and it wasn’t sustainable.

I was exhausted.

This work changed that for me.

Now I help people reconnect with themselves - see what’s actually driving things beneath the surface - and work with that directly to create change that holds.

My work draws from a range of body-based and nervous-system-informed approaches, including breath work, movement, Emotional Freedom Technique, SAH Method, Physical Intelligence.

These are not used as a formula. They’re different access points, drawn upon and used at different times throughout the process.

Senior leader - communication under pressure

She was experienced, senior in her role, and used to operating at a high level- but before speaking, especially in higher-pressure situations, there was a level of internal tension that preparation alone didn’t shift.
