so I understand the pressure of operating in high-performance environments.

The Tools I Draw From

My work draws from a range of body-based and nervous-system-informed approaches, including breath work, movement, Emotional Freedom Technique, SAH Method, Physical Intelligence.

These are not used as a formula.

They’re different access points - ways of helping you reconnect with yourself, understand what your system is doing, and work with it in a way that actually lands.

Because not everything needs the same approach.

Sometimes the shift comes through awareness.
Sometimes through breath.
Sometimes through movement, expression, or simply having the right space to notice what’s there.
