Those drinking most were consuming, on average, the equivalent of eight pints of beer or two-and-a-half bottles of wine each per week, equating to about 11.5 litres of pure alcohol per year.

My Sober Journey
My journey of Real Self Discovery began with addressing my own relationship with alcohol. Recognising how many people use alcohol to cope, I became a coach, specialising in supporting "grey area" drinkers who are looking to make a positive lifestyle change.
