What is 9D Breathwork?

I guide 9D Breathwork journeys - a powerful, multi-sensory experience designed to help you release what’s holding you back, connect deeply with yourself, and access new levels of clarity, peace, and personal freedom.

Unlike traditional breathwork, 9D combines nine distinct layers - including guided breathing, brainwave entrainment, immersive sound design, and subconscious reprogramming - to create an experience that works on every level: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

This isn’t “just breathing.” It’s a carefully crafted process where breath opens the door and frequency takes you deeper.

I’m deeply passionate about working with the body and the wisdom it holds. For me, breathwork is a natural extension of my love for somatics - the art of tuning into the body’s sensations, signals, and stories. I’m fascinated by how our breath, posture, and physical patterns reveal what’s happening beneath the surface.

9D Breathwork allows me to combine this passion with a powerful, multi-layered tool for transformation. I love finding new ways to help people connect more deeply with themselves, feel safe in their own bodies, and release what no longer serves them — whether that’s old emotions, limiting beliefs, or patterns they’ve outgrown.

The Science Behind the Magic

We work with your brain’s natural rhythms. Different brainwave states bring different experiences:
