In my current role, I am required to present Board reports, a task I previously found highly challenging due to a longstanding fear of public speaking. Following a series of coaching sessions with Jo, I have developed greater confidence and composure, and I am now able to manage my nerves more effectively. I have learned practical techniques such as controlled breathing and EFT that I believe will significantly improve my ability to present, whilst shifting limiting thought patterns that were previously inhibiting my performance.  Thanks, Jo, for your guidance and support throughout this process!
