"When the pupil is ready, the teacher appears" a wise saying.  Jo was my teacher at a time I was ready for change.  My decision to try a 'sober summer' was ignited through my initial conversation with Jo as I was being 'called' to try life without alcohol.  I went in with a moderation mindset and being dry for 2 months....that was 6 months ago. 

Jo was encouraging, she is your support and fan through the whole process. She sends encouraging notes and messages to cheer you on the way.  I found her sessions invaluable for me unpacking my thoughts and insights.  I found the physical energy shifting exercises powerful, along with EFT.
