Where are the chakras located?

Your chakras are located along the central axis of your body, starting at the base of your spine and moving upwards to the crown of your head.

Each of the seven main chakras is associated with a specific area of the body, from the root chakra located at the base of the spine, to the crown chakra at the top of the head.

Here's where each of the seven main chakras is located, moving upwards:

  • Root Chakra: located at the base of your spine (Red)

  • Sacral Chakra: located just below your navel (Orange)

  • Solar Plexus Chakra: located at the upper abdomen, just below the ribcage (Yellow)

  • Heart Chakra: located at the center of your chest (Green)

  • Throat Chakra: located at the base of your throat (Turquoise)

  • Third Eye Chakra: located between your eyebrows (Blue)

  • Crown Chakra: located at the top of your head (Purple)
