9D Breathwork Journey - Participant Prep

Welcome! I’m excited to have you in an upcoming 9D Breathwork Journey via Zoom.
This page has everything you need to feel prepared so your experience is safe, smooth, and transformational.

Session Details

Make sure you have the session in your diary and that you have the ZOOM link ready.

Tech Setup Checklist

  • In Zoom, go to Settings and enable Original Sound for Musicians and Stereo Audio

  • Use headphones 🎧

  • Laptop or desktop preferred (mobile often limits stereo).

  • Check your internet connection

  • Turn on Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode on your devices to avoid notifications.

Space Setup Checklist

  • A quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed

  • A place to lie down comfortably: yoga mat, couch, or bed

  • Blanket (you may cool down during the session)

  • Eye mask (optional but helpful)

  • Pillow/bolster under knees or head for comfort

  • Tissues nearby (just in case)

  • Water for after the session

  • Optional: A pillow to scream into if you’re in a shared space

  • Soft, calming lighting

Body Prep

Please avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours before your breathwork session. A light snack is okay if needed, but a full stomach can make it harder to settle into a deeper state of breath and awareness.

Why This Timing Works

  • Greater comfort and energy: Digesting a heavy meal can divert energy and focus away from your practice, making it difficult to fully immerse.

  • Enhanced mind-body connection: A lighter stomach helps deepen your bodily awareness and breath flow, improving the overall experience .

Important: Health & Safety

Let me know before the session if any apply to you:

  • Cardiovascular or respiratory issues

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis)

  • Recent surgery or injury

  • Taking heavy medications

We can modify the breath technique for safety, or reschedule if needed.

What to Expect

This is a powerful guided breathwork journey to help you release stored emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
You’ll be guided throughout, with time to integrate at the end. Sharing is welcome (optional).

  • Zoom Original Sound toggled ON in the meeting

  • Device on Do Not Disturb

  • Comfortable position, blanket/pillows ready
