I loved my work with Jo. I’ve always had issues with heights and public speaking - and we worked on both!

Every day I now walk up to the top floor, look down through the glass panels, and feel perfectly safe. I’ve also started showing up more on social, putting myself out there and sharing about my business. It feels safe to be seen.

I’m a practitioner myself, and that’s why I know how important this kind of work is. The shifts have been real, practical, and deeply empowering.
